The Cherokee Family Table, open since 1989 and newly remodeled in Spring, 2007, boasts two spacious dining rooms with seating for 140 and plenty of room for our tremendously popular Sunday Breakfast and Brunch Buffet (seasonal). You’ll enjoy sit-down dining in our casual atmosphere. Place your order at the counter and we’ll bring everything to your table. You can even get the latest weather forecast, keep up with the “news of the day”, or catch the latest sports scores on any of three flat-screen televisions in our main dining area.

Solid groundwork for our family of casual dining restaurants was laid when The Villager Restaurant opened it’s doors in Storm Lake, Iowa, in 1968. Lakeshore Family Restaurant, also in Storm Lake, has been serving loyal customers since 1978, and our Eagle Grove, Iowa, location became a Family Table Restaurant in 1985. Since then, we’ve added more “links to the chain” by opening Family Table restaurants in several other northwest and north central Iowa communities, from Algona, Emmetsburg and Spencer, south to Cherokee and Ida Grove, east to Pocahontas and Humboldt and west to Le Mars, Sioux Center and Sheldon. |

We employ over 370 people within the organization, from well-qualified management personnel to talented cooks and chefs, to dozens of capable, well-trained and friendly wait staff.
